Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ToolTack. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information, including your TradingView username.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@tooltack.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account or subscription access with any other person.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Plans

ToolTack offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Access ($29/month) — Billed monthly. Provides full access to all current tools and indicators available on the ToolTack website at the time of your subscription. New tools released mid-cycle are added at your next monthly renewal.
• Annual Access ($199/year) — A single payment covering 12 months. Provides full access to all current tools plus instant access to any new tools released during your subscription period. The Annual plan does not auto-renew.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe via Meesho Middle East LLC. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. The new pricing will apply at your next renewal date.

4. Activation and Access

After payment, your tools are activated on your TradingView account within 24 hours. You must submit your exact TradingView username in your ToolTack dashboard for activation to proceed.

Tools are delivered as Invite-Only Scripts on TradingView. Access depends on the TradingView platform being available and functional. ToolTack is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by TradingView.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Monthly Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to all tools until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

5.2 Annual Plan

The Annual plan is a one-time payment for 12 months of access. It does not auto-renew. When your 12-month period ends, you will receive a reminder and may choose to renew or switch to a Monthly plan.

5.3 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription:

• Your TradingView access to all ToolTack indicators, screeners, dashboards, and strategies will be revoked.
• Any alerts set up using ToolTack indicators in TradingView will stop functioning.
• No account data is deleted. If you resubscribe, access is restored within 24 hours.

5.4 Termination by ToolTack

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to redistribute our tools, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All indicators, screeners, dashboards, strategies, educational content, code, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of ToolTack and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ToolTack tool.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your access to ToolTack tools with any third party.
• You may not record, screenshot, or redistribute educational strategy content in any form.
• You may not use ToolTack tools to create derivative or competing products.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or TradingView access with others.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in unauthorized ways.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ToolTack does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any specific trading results or outcomes will be achieved.
• The tools, indicators, or strategies will be profitable or suitable for your specific circumstances.
• The Service will be compatible with all TradingView plans or features indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolTack and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall ToolTack’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to ToolTack in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolTack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services

ToolTack integrates with third-party platforms, including TradingView and Stripe. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ToolTack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TradingView unless explicitly stated.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature, tool, or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes via email.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToolTack regarding the use of the Service.
